I booked 2 packages with Karen: the Buccal facials & the lymphatic drainage massages. I’ve never done either before, but Karen was very knowledgeable and explained the processes for both very well. The lymphatic drainage massage was a little painful (I’m more of a relaxation massage type of person lol) but even after one session, I noticed a difference in my bloating and the puffiness around my armpits. I’m the most happiest with the Buccal facial. I have TMJ, and it’s particularly bad on the right side of my face. After one session, I noticed such a huge difference in the tension I had in my right jaw. I could immediately feel such a sense of relief.
